If we feel we can offer a placement we will then ask for further information to see if we can match the young person to a home or other young people using our matching criteria. W
Please Note: No Young person will be placed until all paperwork including, relevant history and Risk assessments have been shared with us.
Prior to a young person being placed we will try to arrange for the home Manager or a Team Leader to meet with the young person at their current placement, We would also look to invite the young person and social worker or current staff member to come and look around the home and meet the team and potentially other young people in placement - This is to assist in easing any anxieties that the young person may have and give them an opportunity to ask any Questions - Although we understand this may not always be an option, in these situations we would try to do this virtually if possible.
Emergency Placements -
For Emergency placements we ask that the email referral is followed up via telephone call and we will do our best to accommodate.
